BOY ELEVEN ELECTROCUTED

 

An 11-year-old boy has died after he was electrocuted in Lusaka’s Garden House area.

DAVID MWALE was electrocuted yesterday afternoon, when he stepped into a pool of water on the ground, which had covered an underground electricity cable.

The boy’s father, WILLIAM MWALE says this happened at one of the houses in the area, where there is an illegal connection of electricity cables.

A ZNBC News crew, which visited the area today, found that some electricity cables have been partially buried in the ground, connecting three houses.
