By Patrick Mulenga:A Parliamentarian is disappointed that some civil society organizations who are working with the opposition have resorted to organizing public events with the view to discrediting the Constitution Amendment Bill number ten of 2019.Kabushi Member of Parliament Bowman Lusambo says instead of being neutral some media houses and civil society organizations have partnered with opposition political parties to disgrace the bill.Mr. Lusambo says the same groupings have failed to provide alternative arguments on how best to enhance the Bill and have embarked on a propaganda mission to mislead the public.He told ZNBC news that Zambians should therefore be wary of the intention of organizations that are always opposed to things that are meant to benefit the people.
