“BE SINCERE WITH BUDGET CRITICISM “

The ruling UPND has appealed to citizens to be sincere when criticizing the 2022 proposed National Budget.

UPND National Deputy Youth Chairperson TREVOR MWIINDE says the budget which was presented to Parliament on October 29, 2021, is pro poor and responds to the needs of the people.

Mr. MWIINDE told ZNBC news that the provision of free education up to Secondary school and the decision to employ 30 thousand teachers will go a long way in helping the poor.

He said the increase in the allocation of Constituency development fund -CDF- will help communities to improve their lives.

Mr. MWIINDE said it is therefore wrong for some politicians to attack the entire budget even when it has a lot of good things that will improve the lives of the people.
