Augustine Mulenga spur Amazulu to victory against Horoya

Zambian forward Augustine Kabaso Mulenga propelled South African side Amazulu to a 1-0 victory over Horaya Athletic Club in the CAF Champions.

Midfielder Luvuyo Memela gave Benni McCarthy’s side the all important goal in the 22nd with a classy finish thanks to a beautiful pass from Mulenga.

The 31 year old could have given Usuthu much earlier after he displayed amazing skill as he sneaked the ball into Horoya’s penalty box with a threatening attack that resulted in a corner kick for Usuthu.

Elswhere Raja Casablanca of Morocco picked up a vital away 1-0 win over ES Setif in Tunisia to consolidate their position at the top of the group.

Raja are on six points while Amazulu and Setif have 3 points each with Guinean side Horaya rock bottom
