Are Patson Daka and Dickson Chapa eligible to feature against Equatorial Guinea?

Chipolopolo Boys duo Patson Daka and Dickson have so far accumulated two yellow cards each in the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.

Both players were booked on Matchday 1 against Mauritania.

They then got their second yellow cards in Thursday’s ill tempered 2-0 defeat to Equatorial Guinea in Malabo.

Both players did not accumulate any cards in the Matchday 2 tie against Tunisia.

While Daka was scheduled to return to his base in England before Zambia was lifted off Covid 19 red list, the 23 year old is in Lusaka alongside Fashion Sakala for Sunday’s must win Matchday 4 tie.

For Chapa, despite having just 3 caps, the 30 year old Clinical Officer is a vital cog in coach Beston Chambeshi’s engine room.

The Zesco United player is the only specialised holding midfielder in the team.

Luckily enough Emmanuel Banda has joined the team to navigate the loss of the suspended Prince Mumba.

The major TALKING POINTS are around the streets of Lusaka is whether Daka and Chapa are ELIGIBLE or NOT on Sunday.
