Action for Patson Daka, Klings, and Edward Chilufya

Zambia national team forward Patson Daka put in a decent 76-minute shift for Leicester City who recorded a hard-fought 2-1 win over Crystal Palace.

The Zambian international returned to the starting line up for the first time since 1st March, as Leicester City beat Burnley 2-0 away at Turf Moor.

Daka led the Foxes attack supported by Ademola Lookman and James Madison.

It was however Kierian Dewsbury Hall who grabbed all the headlines as he set up Ademola Lookman’s opener before scoring a sumptuous maiden Premier League goal.

Superb play from Dewsbury-Hall saw him cut past Cheikhou Kouyaté before playing a delightful pass into the feet of Lookman, who worked the ball onto his right boot and drove beyond Guaita in the 39th minute.

The creator turned goalscorer not long after. Good hold-up play from Daka saw him tee up the Academy graduate, who moved the ball onto his left foot and bent it into the top corner. His first Premier League goal for the Football Club came in excellent fashion, triggering his signature ballad from the Blue Army.

Palace were awarded a penalty after Tielemans was adjudged to have found Jordan Ayew in the box. Schmeichel guessed the right way and saved Zaha’s spot-kick out of the bottom corner and the resulting danger was cleared by Söyüncü, however after a VAR check, it had to be retaken due to encroachment. A second penalty save followed from the Dane, but Zaha nodded in the rebound for 2-1 and the Foxes held on to win.

In Denmark, Lubambo Musonda put in a full shift for AC Horsens who played to a goalless draw with Fredericia in a Danish First Division League encounter.

In the Super League, Edward Chilufya put in a 58 minute shift for FC Midtjylland who suffered a 1-0 loss to giants FC Copenhagen.

In Russian, Klings Kangwa was given marching orders in the 86th minute in Arsenal Tula’s 3-0 defeat away at Spartak Moscow.

The Zambian midfielder committed his first bookable offense in the 32nd minute and a second in the 86th minute.

In Sweden, Emmanuel Banda was an unused substitute for Djurgådens IF who were handed a narrow 1-0 defeat by Majllby.
