95% Heart Surgery Success Rate

The National Heart Hospital has recorded 95-percent success rate in its surgeries since commencing operations about two years ago.

This is out of the 60 heart surgeries that have been conducted so far.

National Heart Hospital Radiographer SIBESO IMENDA says the hospital has also started implanting pacemakers for people with heart conditions.

And HOLY MWANZA a beneficiary of the Heart Hospital says the facility has played a key role in helping heart patients who do not have money to access specialized services abroad.
