77 GRADUATE IN LEGISLATIVE DRAFTING AT ZIALE

Attorney General Mulilo Kabesha says the Government has placed priority on the establishment of a sound legal environment that ensures the rule of law, peace, justice and security.

Mr. Kabesha says this is because government has a mission to foster accelerated national development through mobilization and sustainability use of human resource.

He says the government has since put in place policies and strategies to enhance access to justice, observation of rule of law and human rights so that there is order and security in the country.

Mr Kabesha however says this can only be achieved by having pieces of legislation in place that promote government developmental agenda.
