7 HEAD TO THE ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER CLASSICS

The Zambia Body Building and Fitness Federation – ZBBFF – has assembled 7 body builders to represent Zambia at the ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER classics in South Africa, next month.

The competition is expected to run from June 3 to June 5, 2022.

Federation President, CORNELIUS CHANDA says 5 athletes will be competing in the men’s body building category, while 1 will participate in the men’s physique, and one in the women’s bikini.

CHANDA says the team will be captained by current Mr Zambia, SYLVESTER MWILA, while the winner of Mr Ironman and Mr Kabwata, NELSON CHABOTA, has also joined the team.

He has told ZNBC sports that the team is expected to depart for South Africa on June 2.

Meanwhile, body builder, DAVID MWAMBA says the team is training hard to achieve the desired results.

And the only female member of the team, MARTHA NGOMA has said she is confident of winning medals for the country because she has prepared well.
