27 BODIES FOUND IN UNEXPLAINED CIRCUMSTANCES

Twenty- seven bodies of some foreign Nationals were this morning found on the road in Lusaka’s Meanwood Khosi Area.

The bodies were discovered in the early hours of today by security guards and the neighborhood watch group.

Deputy Police Spokesperson DANNY MWALE says only one person was found alive and has since been rushed to the University Teaching Hospital.

Mr. MWALE told ZNBC News that most of the deceased could be from Somalia and Ethiopia.

He said police have instituted investigations to ascertain what really transpired but suspect the 27 could have suffocated while in transit.
