2023 Afcon Qualifiers Pushed Back

Chansa Kunda-The Confederation of African Football -CAF- has revised the qualification calendar for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers fixtures.

The decision has been made to accommodate teams that will be preparing to represent the continent at the 2022 Qatar FIFA World Cup that will run from November to December.

CAF Executive Committee has moved the September Qualifiers for the third and fourth group stage fixtures to March 20th to 28th 2023.

The Fifth Group games will be played from June 12th to 20th , 2023 while the final group stage fixtures will run from September 4th to 12th 2023.
