‘ZRL Encroachment Saga Inconsistent’

Zambia Railways Limited must conduct an audit on encroachment on its 50 metre reserve land countrywide to avoid litigation by those currently occupying the space legally, a concerned has advised.
Reacting to Zambia Railways Limited’s warning to illegal developers and encroachers to vacate the rail reserve land, Mr Richard Mulenga said the transportation firm should be cautious on how it carrying out the exercise as it risks being implicated by the law.
