ZNBC’s Chris Habeenzu Dies
Media personalities have taken to social media to mourn the death of ZNBC journalist Chris Habeenzu.
Habeenzu was a fairly recognizable figure in media circles having cut his teeth with the defunct Monitor and Digest Newspaper and also had a stint at Muvi Television before benefitting from a wholesale recruitment of Muvi TV staff by ZNBC in 2012 after President Michael Sata assumed office.
Habeenzu died at the University Teaching Hospital on Tuesday after an illness.
