ZNBC, CAMCO TO WORK TOGETHER

By Patricia Banda- ZNBC Director General Malolela Lusambo has urged Camco Equipment Zambia Limited to utilise the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation to disseminate information on their equipment to farmers across the country.

Mr. Lusambo says there are a lot of farmers especially in rural areas who need various equipment for their Agriculture activities but do not know where to access them.

He says it is important that CAMCO Equipment Zambia Limited utilises ZNBC Tv One Local languages and Radio as well as other channels to reach out to as many farmers as possible.

Mr. Lusambo was speaking when he paid a courtesy call on CAMCO General Manager Pillar Xu at his office in Lusaka today.

AND Mr. Xu said his company will use ZNBC channels to disseminate information about its products which includes tractors, pivoters and Generators.

Meanwhile, the company’s Marketing Manager Bernard Chiwala said there is need to promote mechanised kind of farming for improved yields by farmers.

Meanwhile, ZNBC Director Sales Susan Mwewa has assured CAMCO Equipment Limited that the national broadcaster will ensure that all its information is put across in different parts of the country.
