ZESCO has Not Been Disbanded

ZESCO Board Chairperson VICKSON NCUBE says government has NOT in any way disbanded the company by engaging a private contractor as alleged.

And Mr NCUBE says there are NO plans to privatize the power utility company.

Mr NCUBE told journalists that the allegations which are also circulating on social media are NOT true and are misleading.

He further refuted allegations by some political players suggesting that the power utility company has been privatized.

Mr NCUBE explained that ZESCO only came up with a business module to outsource certain services for some operations.
