ZAMTEL WELCOMES FAST TRACK COURT FOR MOBILE MONEY FRAUDSTERS

Zamtel says it is happy with plans by the Bank of Zambia -BOZ- to set up a fast track Court for the prosecution of mobile money fraudsters.

Zamtel Corporate Communications Manager Changwe Kabwe says the establishment of the court will help cleanse the mobile money space in Zambia.

Mr. Kabwe has told ZNBC News in a statement that having a functional Fast Track Court for Mobile Money Fraudsters will also serve as a deterrent to would be offenders.

He said measures aimed at protecting the consumers are welcome.
