Wife Complains Over Hubby’s Behaviour In Bed

THERE was laughter in a Local Court in Lusaka when a woman said that her husband withdraws every time he wants to release during love making because his mother told him not to rush having a child.

Doreen Zulu of Garden House compound was testifying in a case in which her husband, Gilbert Chileshe sued her for divorce. The two got married in 2016 and do not have children.

Chileshe told Senior Court Magistrates Abbyshine Michelo and Esther Mulomba at Kanyama Local Court that hardly a year passed after he married Zulu, he found a love message on her phone.

He explained that he called the number and a man who introduced himself as Aaron said Zulu was his girlfriend.

Chileshe added that he sent Zulu away but he was convinced to bring her back by his mother.

Chileshe further said that he bought Zulu a new phone after he broke the previous ones but he was shocked to still find love messages and requests for her naked photos.

“We sat but Zulu did not stop. Zulu came with herbs which I refused to use but she started putting them in my food without my knowledge. I found several herbs and charms and a new phone,’’ said Chileshe.

In defence, Zulu said that two months after they got married Chileshe’s mother visited them and openly told him not to rush into having a child. This made him start withdrawing whenever he was about release during love making.

She also explained that she found love messages on Chileshe’s phone and that when she called the number, a woman told her she was in a relationship with Chileshe.

Zulu added that after some days Chileshe impregnated another girl and brought her at his mother’s house where she stayed for four days.

Zulu further said that Chileshe teases her because she doesn’t have a child with him and that sent her back to her parents saying he wanted a divorce but she refused.

‘’It is true I looked for herbs because I want to give him a child. He tells me that I am barren when I have a seven-year-old child,’’ said Zulu.

The court granted divorce and ordered Chileshe to compensate Zulu K4000 by paying monthly instalments of K500 while household goods were to be shared equally.
