Ulendo taxi launches a dedicated 24/7 Call Centre to improve customer service

TAXI hailing app, Ulendo taxi will now be available to non-smart phone users using a dedicated Call Centre team. Through the call Centre lines 0975 521 680 (Airtel),0950 599 164 ( Zamtel) and 0760359236 (Mtn) owners of mobile phones will be able to enjoy the benefits of using Ulendo Taxi which includes booking a taxi or advance bookings.
Ulendo Taxi General Manager Maybin Mandefu, says the move is expected to expand the hailing service to millions of Zambians yet to acquire smart phones.
He added that the company has received a number of requests from non- smart phones users, underlying the importance of opening up a Call Centre to serve customers effectively and efficiently.
“The idea behind Ulendo taxi is to provide a platform with affordable and convenient cab services to as many Zambians as possible through the launch of our Call center service. Please note that the call center will be available 24/7,” Mr. Mandefu said.
