Uganda’s Museveni says Africans failed to protect Libya

January 22, 2020January 22, 202021(BBC)-Uganda’s President Yoweri Museveni has blamed African countries for failing to protect Libya against military intervention by the United States and a Nato-led coalition in March 2011.President Museveni told BBC’S Allan Kasujja that African countries should have put up a military resistance to “teach a lesson” to western powers.President Museveni also termed as “tokenism” the invitation of African states to the Berlin Summit that was held last week.The summit was attended by Russia’s President Vladimir Putin, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, French President Emmanuel Macron and UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
