U20 CHIPOLOPOLO TOLD MAKE ZAMBIA PROUD

Zambia’s Ambassador to Egypt Major General TOPLY LUBAYA has urged the Men’s under 20 football team to make the country proud by winning the 2023 AFCON title.

LUBAYA says football is a uniting factor for the Zambian people and has since urged the team to work hard.

The Ambassador said this through Counsellor for Tourism at the Embassy JESSIE SIMUKOKO when the Zambian mission in Egypt visited the team.

And delegation leader COLLINS MUKWALA has thanked the mission for taking interest in the welfare of the team in Egypt adding that the team has settled well since arriving on February 10th.

Meanwhile, U-20 Coach CHISI MBEWE has assured the Zambian people that the team will deliver positive results in all games.

In giving a vote of thanks, captain RICKSON NG’AMBI said the squad will endeavor to make the nation proud.

The team is in Ismailia and will relocate to Alexandria on Saturday where they will be based for the tournament, that kicks off on the 19th of February 2023.
