TUTWA NGULUBE described As Energetic And Committed Lawyer

The Ministry of Justice has described former Kabwe Central Member of Parliament TUTWA NGULUBE as an energetic and committed lawyer who stood up for the country and the vulnerable in society regardless of the nature of the crime committed.

Mr. NGULUBE, who was a prominent Lusaka lawyer, died this morning after a short illness.

Justice Minister MULAMBO HAIMBE says Mr. NGULUBE will be remembered for his passion when it came to defending the Constitution and promoting tenets of democracy in the country.

In his condolence message to the NGULUBE family, Mr. HAIMBE said Zambia has lost a true and dedicated lawyer who stood ready to defend the rights of his clients even when the cases were unpopular to a common citizen.

Mr. HAIMBE said Mr. NGULUBE will be missed for his contributions towards the dispensation of Justice and promotion of democracy in the country.

This is according to a statement issued by the Public Relations unit of the Ministry of Justice.
