Vice President Mutale Nalumango has called on Zambians not to trust the previous leadership that failed them.

Mrs. Nalumango says Zambians must give an opportunity to the new leadership of the UPND administration to fix the economy.

She says Zambians voted for the UPND because they wanted to try new leadership.

Mrs. Nalumango says the UPND administration is committed to improving the living standards of all citizens.

She says Government has good policies that will ensure lives of citizens are improved through creating opportunities for all.

Mrs. Nalumango notes that her administration has good ideas that must be given the opportunity by Zambians to be actualized.

The Vice President was speaking when she addressed crowds of people in Lusangazi District and Kaumbwe constituency who turned up for the UPND thanksgiving meetings.

She also appealed to Lusangazi District and Kaumbwe constituency residents to vote for UPND candidates Fred Banda in the Lusangazi Council Chairperson Election and Esnart Sakala in the Kaumbwe Parliamentary election.

And Health Minister Sylvia Masebo called on Zambians to ensure they get vaccinated against COVID-19 warning that the anticipated fourth wave in December will be more deadly.

Meanwhile Water Development Minister Mike Mposha said government has taken note of all water challenges and will start addressing them soon.
