A tax and replace advisor Gilbert Nkamba says the allocation of 1 quarter of the pricetag range in direction of debt servicing is a clear indication of government’s willingness to pay debts.
Mr. Nkamba says this also reveals the extent of policy consistency on the segment of government.
He says the repayment apart from the disbursing of the principal quantity to the debt reveals that Zambia can never be taken over by anybody.
Mr. Nkamba says the allocation of almost a quarter of the pricetag range into the productive sectors equivalent to infrastructure construction and agriculture could perchance even succor government in native handy resource mobilization.
He says this reveals that government will be self-sustained and in a spot to make cash to fund its value range.
Mr. Nkamba has alternatively called on Zambians to toughen the pricetag range.
