TOPSTAR to televise international boxing bout

TOPSTAR and Oriental Quarries Boxing Promotion have reached an agreement to televise the international boxing bout slated for Government complex on December 16, 2023.

The tournament will be broadcast live on ZNBC TV3.

Speaking during a media briefing, Oriental Quarries Boxing Promotion Director CHRISTOPHER MALUNGA said preparations for the bout have advanced with only k40,000 left to meet the target.

MALUNGA said boxer DAVID MWALE is geared to win his first title when he takes on South Africa’s INNOCENT MANENGU for the ABU Bantamweight championship.

Meanwhile, platinum sponsors Trade Kings Corporate Affairs Manager BRIDGET KAMBOBE said the company has massive passion for sports which is why it is quick to respond when called upon.
