The story of a sinking boat

The PF reign is like a sinking fishing boat, and only Captain Lungu and his ministers are wearing all the life jackets.
The storm has hit and they are trying to convince people that there is no storm even when the boat is rocking violently.
Lungu and his ministers call a rescue boat for help. And the IMF boat comes and tells Captain Lungu to give some life jackets to the other people and save more people, Captain Lungu refuses.
China on a nearby Ship, tells the PF crew, “If you want more life jackets, throw us some of your fish.”
Lungu grabs fish from the people and in exchange gives them fire extinguishers, people lament, “But we are in a storm, we don’t need fire extinguishers we need life jackets!”
Captain Lungu ignores as the boat keeps rocking violently.
But after thinking hard, the genius Lungu asks China, “Give me some bicycles, I will give you fishing rods and fishing nets, these boaters are desperate. And put my face on the bicycles”
Lungu grabs fish rods and nets and gives people bicycles, people cry again “We can’t ride bicycles on water, Captain are you losing your mind? We are going to die out here?”
Later people on the boat complain, “Captain the fish is almost running out on the boat and you gave away all the fishing nets.”
Lungu says, “Do some prayer and fasting so that you a save some fish for later.”
The boat keeps rocking, and fish keeps running out.
Then Captain Lungu tells the boaters, “If you ride on the boat, eat from the boat. This boat will run out of fish but you will have benefited. We are arriving at 20:21hrs, so just keep eating this fish.”
