Buldicon football club on Wednesday afternoon scored first but was unfortunate to succumb to a 2-1 loss at the hands of the Mohamed Fathi’s Napsa Stars at Woodlands Stadium.

Speaking to the Zamfoot Crew during a post-match interview, Buildcon head coach Boyd Mulwanda said the league is still open. Mulwanda felt Buildcon lost to NAPSA due to his side relaxing after scoring the first goal.

“I think we relaxed after getting the first goal and NAPSA were given a red card and I think my boys thought that because they had an advantage of numbers they were not even pressing them up,” he said.

“It’s a painful loss we needed to win this match so that we consolidate on pushing on the top four but it football the league is still open we will still go back and strategize and see where we did not do well and come back stronger,” Mulwanda told the Zamfoot crew.

The Ndola-based outfit head coach added that his teams’ goal of finishing in the top four is still intact.

Okutu opened the scores through a penalty in the 51st minute then 8 minutes later Doisy soko levelled matters before Bornwell Mwape scored the winning goal in the 69th Minute to move NAPSA Stars out of the relegation zone.
