By Wilson Mulinda The Zambia Correctional Service -ZCS- has flagged off the distribution of Kalonga mealie meal produced by the service. Speaking during the flagging off, Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister JACK MWIIMBU challenged the correctional service to be consistent with production and supply. Mr. MWIIMBU also clarified that the mealie meal sold by
