By Brian Mwale Police in Mongu have charged and arrested the Mayor NYAMBE MAYUMBANA and Kambule Ward Councilor JIMMY KAUMBA for Assault. Deputy Police Public Relations Officer DANNY MWALE has disclosed that Mr. MAYUMBANA’s  official vehicle a Toyota Hilux registration number AUB 946 has also been impounded. He told ZNBC News in a statement that
