By Justine Akakulubelwa: President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has arrived in Rwanda for the Commonwealth Heads of Government General Meeting CHOGM. President HAKAINDE arrived around 22hrs and was received by Minister of State for Justice, SOLINA NYIRAHABIMANA, at Kiigali International Airport. President HICHILEMA will be part of the Heads of State attending the CHOGM official opening today.
