By Esther Zulu The Zambia Boerboel Breeders Association is concerned with  the increase in the number of unqualified people breeding dogs. Association Vice Chairperson SECHWAYO NZIMA says the association is working on regulating dog breeding. Mr. NZIMA said this in an interview with ZNBC News today. Meanwhile,  Bladva Kennels of Zambia Director MAINESS SILOMBA said
