SOME ZAMBIANS RESIGNED TO VOTING FOR SLAPDEE IN AFRIMMA
Recording artists Mwila Musonda whose stage name is Slapdee has been nominated for the third time in the 8th edition of the African Muzik Magazine Awards () which is set for November 14, 2021.
Slapdee has been nominated in the category Best Male Southern African along with South Africa’s Cassper Nyovest among others. However, Sladee’s nomination has been overshadowed by criticism surrounding his involvement in politics in the 2021 general election. Many Zambians are resigned to voting for Slapdee because of a song he did for the Patriotic Front.

Other Zambians nominated and overshadowed by the Slapdee debate are Bombshell Grenade and Sampa The Great. Both Bombshell and Sampa the Great are nominated in the category for best female rapper
