Smash n’ grab for Kalampa as Buildcon hammer Zanaco

Nkana beat Red Arrows in a thrilling MTN Super League clash at Lusaka’s Nkoloma Stadium.

Striker Alex ‘Bazo’ Ng’onga scored a late goal to help Kalampa to a 2-1 win over Red Arrows.

Arrows, arguably the best attacking side in the league were impressive again as they dominated for the whole game.

Congolese striker the airmen the lead but it was short lived after substitute Soutra Tshimenga equalised.

With Arrows piling pressure on helpless Nkana, the visitors scored against the run of play in a goal mouth scramble.

The win sees the Wusakile side move out of the drop zone while Red Arrows are still third with 46 points.

BUILDCON HAMMER ZANACO

Buildcon thrashed Zanaco with an emphatic victory on Tuesday at Lusaka’s Nkoloma Stadium.

Abbas Najeed stunned the bankers with a goal in the first minute before Gerald Chisha made it 2-nil in the 10th minute in the 4-0 demolition.

Zanaco who were without the injured Kola brothers Rodger and Racha tried to get back in the game but failed to bleach the Isaac Shamujompa led defence.

Buildcon were not done yet.

Two second half goals from former Zambia Under-20 strikers Conlyde Luchanga and substitute Patrick Ngoma sealed the victory for the Ndola
