Shonga’s acrobatic stunner nominated for PSL goal of the month for April

Zambian forward Justin Shonga’s goal for Sekhukhune United against Stellenbosch has been nominated for the South Africa DSTV premiership goal of the month for April.

Shonga scored an acrobatic bicycle kick for Sekhukhune United against Stellenbosch FC on Saturday, April 3rd in a 1-1 draw.

The 25-year-old scored a goal of the season contender from the edge of the box with an amazing strike off a Rodrick Kabwe assist.

It was a made in Zambia [Zed], and executed in South Africa [Mzansi] goal.

Shonga has been nominated alongside Kaizer Chiefs duo of Keagan Dolly and Khama Biliat. Others nominated are Ndumiso Mabena, Fortune Makaringe, Azola Matrose, Terrence Mashego, Amethyst Bradley Ralani, Monnapule Kenneth Saleng, and Sammy Seabi.

The Votes are on the basis of One Vote- Per Person- Per Day. The Voting lines on the PSL official website will close on 10 May 2022.
