SELECTION OF TRADERS COMPLETE

The Lusaka City Council has completed the selection of traders to occupy 4-hundred and 92 stalls in the rehabilitated section of City Market.

Council Social Services Committee Chairperson, MASAUSO NGOMA also says the selection of traders to occupy the Simon Mwewa Lane market will be completed today.

Mr. NGOMA says the list of successful traders will be published this Friday.

He says the council received about 7-thousand applications from the traders, against space of 2- thousand stalls in the two markets.
