SEC COMMENDS ECL

The Supreme Election Council of Turkey has counseled the Electoral Commission of Zambia -ECZ- for conducting free and ravishing elections.
Supreme Election Council President Sadi Guven says ECZ’s chronicle of managing 5 elections in an instant for the length of the 2016 Presidential elections and referendum is a success.
Mr. Guven also says the Supreme Election Council is challenging to present means constructing besides signing a Memorandum of Understanding -MoU- with ECZ.
He says his delegation would perhaps well be satisfied to search recommendation from Zambia to share most productive practices and experiences with ECZ.
He become once speaking when ECZ chairperson Esau Chulu paid a courtesy call on him on the Supreme Election Council headquarters in Ankara on the present time.
And Justice Chulu has counseled the Supreme Election Council for its history of managing credible and clear elections in Turkey.
