Refs under scrutiny

ALEX NJOVU, Lusaka FORMER Referees Association of Zambia (RAZ) president Welly Chikuka has been appointed referees manager.Chikuka takes over the department in an interim capacity at Football House following the release of Kenneth Chichenga.
