Recording reveals nothing, says Frank Bwalya

PF Deputy Spokesperson Fr Frank Bwalya has dismissed allegations of abuse of funds and clarifies that the recording that has emerged depicting a conversation between PF Secretary General Davies Chama and PF Central Committee member in charge of Funds Mobilization, clearly demonstrates that it’s party funds the duo are talking about.

He also said the authenticity and source of the recording remain unverified and unknown.

He had also stated that the said conversation is talking about party accounts and party funds.

He has accused the UPND of being desperate and engaging in desperate activities.
