Reactions to Chipolopolo exit from AFCON2023

2012 AFCON winning players KALILILO KAKONJE and CHINTU KAMPAMBA say the current team should not be castigated for being eliminated at the group stage of the AFCON 2023 as they have the opportunity to become a force to reckon given time.

KALILILO KAKONJE says being the first time that majority of the players were at the Africa Cup the team should be kept together so that they can strengthen the bond.

And CHINTU KAMPAMBA said none of the players or members of the technical bench should be replaced as the team has potential to do better .

Meanwhile, President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has urged the team to hold their heads high after exiting the tournament.

The President said the team should try again without ceasing.
