“PROPERTY SECTOR ATTRACTS $1.1B”

Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development, Ronald Chitotela says Zambia’s property market has improved and attracted an estimated 1.1 billion bucks worth of investments.
Mr Chitotela says the improved worth of property market investments is attributable to the strength and sophistication of establishments, which accumulate heavily invested in real estate.
He has also cited solid and innovative regulatory processes and supportive ambiance for international merchants.
Mr Chitotela talked about this in a speech read on his behalf by the Director Human Resource William Katongo on the legit opening of the third annual Zamreal property forum in Lusaka.
The minister has extra called upon native and regional non-public sector merchants and developers to make the most of opportunities in the property sector.
