PROGRESS SPORTS CLUB CAPTIAIN PAMELA LUBINDA JOINS NKWAZI QUEENS ON A 2-SEASONAL LOAN DEAL

Progress Sports Club (PSC) captain Pamela Lubinda has officially signed a two-season loan contract with Nkwazi Women’s Football Club, a Zambia Police Service Sponsored side.
Lubinda who has captained the Chilanga based club since 2017 is a tough tested central defender who just completed her senior Secondary School Education at Mt. Makulu Secondary School where she was awarded a Certificate of Excellence and Recognition as a Sports Prefect.
Her strong-willed, disciplined, and focused life has been positively influential with a bearing efficacy on the girls of Linda Community.
Speaking in an interview with the ZamFoot Crew, Lubinda said she is elated to join Nkwazi Queens and she is ready for the challenge because there is a lot of competition at the club but she aims to fight and work hard to be amongst the best.
“It is a great experience and a wonderful move for me to be part of Nkwazi Queen’s family. I am doing my best and I want to fly high, though the competition is high in the team I am ready for this challenge,” she said.
“I will never forget what coach MAIMISA always tells me if you want to be the best you have to beat the best to became the best,” a soft-spoken Lubinda added.
She is calm, composed, and thoughtful in her leadership approach and as a result of this, she prays that her soccer career grows to higher heights as she embarks on experiencing a new wave of her career at Nkwazi.
The captain’s armband has since been handed over to Caroline Lonyi who will be deputized by Zambia Women’s Under-17 Midfielder Tionge ‘Didi’ Sambo.
Progress Sports Club (PSC) in collaboration with Vision Zambia plays an integral role in boosting career fortunes to the youths of Linda and Mt. Makulu communities in Chilanga District.
The Sports Club aims at Empowering young girls and boys with Skills and Knowledge through Sports and Education which are the main conduits used in fostering development in the community.
