Proflight Zambia launches promotional discount for Durban Travelers

Proflight Zambia has launched a promotional 20 percent discount fare for travelers heading to Durban from June 25 to July 11 for the ‘Vodacom Durban July’ – Africa’s greatest horse racing event.

Zambia’s scheduled airline Proflight has spread its wings to bring the magic closer to travelers in Zambia and the southern region through the discounted flights to travelers heading to Africa’s coastal gem Durban during the key event on the social calendar, which also highlights the latest  fashion trends.

With this year’s theme being ‘the colour of magic’, the event attract racing enthusiasts, socialites and fashionistas to travel to the city from around the world.

Proflight Zambia’s director of government and industry affairs Captain Philip Lemba said: “This year’s Durban July is bigger than ever. Proflight has launched a promotion by providing discounted flights for travellers wanting to fly to the Durban July event and experience the magic for themselves. Hence on Saturday, July 1 the adrenaline will be flowing among the massive crowd expected at Greyville Racecourse in Durban for the running of the R4.25 million, Grade 1, Vodacom Durban July, the greatest racing, fashion and entertainment extravaganza on the African continent.

The airline on its quest to promote Durban as a destination, has continued with its campaign to provide flight incentives for travelers on the route, with generous baggage allowances and promotions such as the current Beat the Odds 20 percent discount special to the Durban July event.

Proflight has direct scheduled flights to Durban through its Lusaka – Durban route with Flights to and from Durban on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
