Presidential car had a tyre burst – Police
Central Province police commissioner Lombe Kamukoshi has revealed that Sergeant Mulenga died in a fatal road accident involving the presidential convoy on Sunday.
Kamukoshi said the fatal accident happened about 145 kilometres from Mpika in the direction of Serenje.
Kamukoshi said the car overturned due to a tyre burst.
This development has however raised a lot of questions as how a presidential vehicle which is supposed to have security measures can have a tyre burst resulting into loss of life.
