Players abroad – Patson Daka shines, Fashion assists as Muwowo continues to get game time

A weekend packed with action thanks to the beautiful game we all love and on local scene the Kopala derby headlined the week 16 MTN Super League football fiesta.

Patson Daka has continued to impress and was again in his element as he scored a goal and set up another in Leicester City’s 4-0 win over Newcastle United.

In Denmark, The league is on break and will resume in February hence Lubambo Musonda and his teammates are enjoying some much needed rest.

In England, Patson Daka scored a goal and set up another as Leicester City cruised to an emphatic 4-0 win over moneybags Newcastle United.

Daka was also involved in the build-up of the third goal which was scored by Youri Tielemans.

Elsewhere, The Computer, Enock Mwepu was not in action as his side Brighton and Hove Albion had their game against Tottenham Hotspurs postponed.

At the olkswagen Dobsonville Stadium in Johannesburg, Austin Muwowo and Mwape Musonda both put in 53 minute shifts for Swallows FC but were on losing end as they succumbed to a 1-0 loss at the hands of Marumo Gallants.

At the Lucas Masterpieces Moripe Stadium in Pretoria, Striker Gamphani Lungu played the first 64 minutes for Supersport United in their 1-0 loss to Mamelodi Sundowns.
