PF APPRECIATES THE CHURCH OVER PROVISION OF EDUCATION

Patriotic Front -PF- Secretary General Davis Mwila says government appreciates the efforts of the church in the provision of quality education.

Mr. Mwila says the PF government will continue to invest in the education sector to make education affordable for all.

He said government is committed to ensuring every child has access to quality and affordable Education.

Mr. Mwila said this is why government has reduced school fees and increased the number of students accessing loans and scholarships.

He was speaking during the thanks giving and fundraising mass for the construction of a one by four classroom block at Saint John’s Anglican Church in Chingola on the Copperbelt.

And Saint John’s Anglican Church Parish priest Reverend Chris Mumba said the church appreciates what government is doing.

Reverend Mumba said people should learn to appreciate whenever something good is being done instead of criticizing even when it is not necessary.
