PF, AN ATTRACTIVE PART – MBEWE

By ZANIS:

Patriotic Front Member of the Central Committee Kebby Mbewe says the continued defection of UPND members to the PF in Southern Province is a clear sign that the ruling Party is gaining ground in the once UPND dominated Province.

Mr. Mbewe says the PF is a democratic party that has an open-door policy to welcome any Zambian who wants to willingly join the party to serve the people of Zambia.

He said this in Monze when he received Monze Urban Ward UPND councillor Pandwe Buumba.

Mr. Mbewe has advised party structures in Monze to emulate the work culture of President Edgar Lungu whose aim is to promote unbiased development countrywide.

And Mr. Buumba said he left the UPND because the party members are tribal, as they do not allow persons belonging to other tribes to hold high positions within the party.
