PETROLEUM MANAGEMENT LAW COMING

Northern Province Minister Brian Mundubile says govt is in the strategy of reviewing the management of petroleum merchandise.
Mr. Mundubile says several reforms are at this time being applied geared in direction of bettering the sourcing, advertising and marketing and marketing and distribution of petroleum merchandise.
Speaking when he formally opened LBM Filling Dwelling in Kasama, the Northern province minister revealed that a Petroleum Administration Bill, which seeks to permit the non-public sector to resolve half in the procurement of gas, will soon be taken to Parliament.
He mentioned the Petroleum Administration Bill will wait on to stabilize the provision of gas once enacted into a law.
Mr. Mundubile says the hole of the new filling place in the provincial capital is timely owing to the increasing quiz for gas in the district.
He suggested other business owners to emulate LBM investments and partner with govt in its pattern agenda.
And LBM Investments Limited, Managing Director Leonard Mbao praised govt for introducing insurance policies that promote the participation of the non-public sector in increasing the nation’s financial system.
Mr. Mbao mentioned his company desires to wait on in stabilising the provision of gas in Kasama and Northern Province at orderly.
