NOTICE: 2020 Certificates, License Renewals and PMEC Deductions

NOTICE TO ALL HEALTH PRACTITIONERS, HEALTH FACILITIES AND TRAINING INSTITUTIONS.
This serves to remind all Health Practitioners, Training Institutions and Health Facilities licensed under the Health Professions Act No. 24 of 2009 of the Laws of Zambia that you are required to renew your certificates and licenses for 2020. The renewal exercise runs from 1st October 2019 to 31st December 2019, please note that there will be no extension.
Avoid any inconveniences from failure to comply with the conditions of your certificate/licence.  Practitioners on the Government Payroll Management and Establishment Control (PMEC) System are also duly notified herein, that deductions will be made during the month of October 2019. Those from whom deductions may not be effected in the month of October are advised to immediately notify their respective Human Resource Personnel or visit any HPCZ office.

All renewal payments must be deposited at any Zambia National Commercial Bank Branch using the Bill Master Platform or at any STANBIC Bank Branch using the following details:

Cheques must be deposited directly into the stated Stanbic Bank Account. The Council no longer receives cheque payments at all its offices.
