Mwila Nsofu-Patriotic Front – PF Copperbelt Chairperson NATHAN CHANDA says the resignation of UPND councillors on the Copperbelt is a clear indication that there is NO wind of change in the country come, 2021 General Elections.Mr CHANDA says the resignation is also a sign that the UPND councillors want to be associated with the unprecedented development agenda under the leadership of President EDGAR LUNGU.He has told ZNBC News that the PF on the Copperbelt are busy ensuring that the standards of the people improve in line with the 7th National Development Plan without leaving anyone behind.Mr CHANDA said the UPND Councillors resigning on the Copperbelt are also fatigued with their provincial leadership and can NOT give hope.Mr CHANDA has since welcomed the new members to the party.
