No win for Kitwe clubs as Indeni stun Dynamos

Lumwana Radiants 1-1 Zanaco ((Dina Dinanga 46′ | Joel Kadjob 19’)

Second placed Zanaco failed to close the gap on Zesco United after they were held to 1-all draw  by Bilton Musonda’s Lumwana Radiants.  Congolese defender Joel Kadjob, who was making a rare start for the bankers put the Sunset Stadium outfit in the 19th minute.

Dina Dinanga equalised for Lumwana to claim a point. Lumwana have only lost once in the last 6 matches, picking up three wins. They are currently 16th on the log with 29 points having played 27 games.

Zanaco are 9 points behind Zesco United having played a game more.

Nkana 2-2 Nkwazi (Fred Tshimenga Pen 28′, Richard Ocran 67′ Pen | Bernard Kumwenda 36′, Stephen Mutama 85′)

Nkwazi showed character and almost snatched all three points in Kitwe in a volatile match.

Fred Tshimenga and Richard Ocran scored for Kalampa while teenage sensation winger Bernard Kumwenda continued his fine form with a goal to silence the Nkana fans. Impressive midfielder Stephen Mutama was also on target for Nkwazi.

Nkana are still in the relegation zone with 22 points from 24 games while Nkwazi are on 38 points from 28 games.

Forest Rangers 1-2 Green Buffaloes (Chideu 56’| Friday Samu 4′, 7′)

A Friday Samu brace propelled Green Buffaloes to their third straight win. Forest Rangers pulled one back but the Zambia Army Sponsored side held on to their win.

Lusaka Dynamos 1-2 Indeni FC (Tady Eketiama pen 59’| Tiki Chiluba 75′, Ricky Banda 90′)

Former Zambia Under-20 striker Ricky Banda scored an injury time goal to earn Mwenya Chipepo’s Indeni maximum points against Lusaka Dynamos.

Chipepo has joined lost one game in his last 6 games since he joined from Prison Leopards.

There was a goalless stalemate in Kafue as Young Green Eagles held Arrows.

Napsa Stars 2-0 Kitwe United (Emmanuel Mayuka 83′, J. Ngulube 90+1′)

Emmanuel Mayuka came off the bench to help struggling Napsa Stars pick up a vital win over Kitwe United. Both sides are still in the drop zone.

Kabwe Warriors 1-0 Power Dynamos (Mathews Nkhowani 90+1′ )

Former Lusaka Tigers youth product Mathews Nkhowani scored an injury time winner to earn Kabwe Warriors victory over Power Dynamos.

Buildcon 2-1 Prison Leopards (Emmanuel Okutu 39′,86’| Tshite Mweshi 13′)

Ghanian forward Emmanuel Okutu scored a brace as Buildcon returned to winning ways.

Striker Tshite Mweshi got the consolation goal for Prison Leopards.
