Nkandu appreciates employment creators in arts sector

Youth, Sport and Arts Minister, ELVIS NKANDU says Government appreciates the support from institutions and individuals in the arts sector that are helping to alleviate unemployment levels in the country.

Mr. NKANDU says government will continue investing in arts because it has proved to be a sustainable sector.

Speaking when he visited the multi choice talent factory, Mr NKANDU also invited the production team to engage the Ministry in areas where assistance is needed.

Meanwhile, Multi- Choice Zambia Head Corporate Affairs, CHILUFYA MWELWA said Zambia is blessed with talented actors and producers and can reach their apex with the necessary support.

And, Film Maker FRANK SIBBUKU said his film Mpali has so far won 16 awards, and sees it as a starting point for more honours to come.
